This is to notify you of our temporary changes to normal operations as a result of the current situation and precautions being taken due to COVID-19. We are working and will continue to work with all of our valued customers to ensure your needs are met as best possible during this period of disruption.

The following changes are effective immediately:

  1. STAFFED FBO OPERATING HOURS The STOLPORT FBO will be staffed from 0700-1900, 7 days/week until further notice. If you require assistance outside of these hours, please contact the STOLPORT FBO Front Desk at 416.203.1144 ext. 401 any time between 0600-2200 and/or via our email at any time: fbo@stolport.com to arrange for assistance. Please note that fuel services will only be provided between 0700-1900 hours daily.
  2. ARRIVALS/DEPARTURES OUTSIDE OPERATING HOURS Our FBO facility remains accessible outside of the staffed hours from 0600-0700 and 1900-2200.

If you have not made prior arrangements for arrivals, you are required to perform the following:

ARRIVALS

A. Please park your aircraft so as not to obstruct other aircraft, Hangar 1 entrance, and/or the STOLPORT FBO ramp entrance/exit. Tow bars to position your aircraft are available for use adjacent to the STOLPORT FBO airside entrance.

B. Ensure your aircraft is chocked (and tied-down if possible). Chocks are available on the ramp. Also ensure the parking brakes are off in the event that staff need to reposition the aircraft during staffed hours,

C. Upon securing your aircraft, proceed to the FBO. At the front desk, there is a STOLPORT customer sign-in form. Please complete the form in entirety with your contact information. If you require fuel, please fill out the particulars in the FUEL SERVICES section. Note: If you plan to depart outside of the current staffed hours of operation, please indicate your ETD on the customer sign-in form and follow the instructions below. This will also ensure your aircraft is free of any other aircraft or obstructions in order for you to depart safely.

If you have not made prior arrangements for departures, you are required to perform the following:

DEPARTURES

a. Please ensure that you have provided us with all of your contact information before departing. Please include your telephone number and email.

b. A temporary door access code will be provided to you upon receipt of payment for services. Payment can be made from 0700-1900.

c. If you need to position your aircraft in a safe spot before you start your engines, please use the applicable tow bar located adjacent to the airside entrance. Clear all chocks and return any tow bar used.

d. Proceed with departure as per Tower instructions.
